About Kaitoke Beach
Kaitoke Beach is the longest swimming beach on Great Barrier Island in northern New Zealand. Around the rocks on the southern end of the beach, there is a deep rock pool known as the mermaid pool that's great for swimming, and at low tide, it's possible to walk right out to the Island just off the beach.
