Winter runs from Jun. to Aug. and is the classic Arusha National Park season, with drier weather, cooler mornings, and easier wildlife spotting. Arusha National Park is located in northern Tanzania on the foothills of Mount Meru, roughly 45 minutes from Arusha city centre and about 35 kilometres from Kilimanjaro International Airport.
