About Amante
Amante Ibiza is a stunning beachfront restaurant and beach club in Cala Llonga, Ibiza. Perched on a dramatic cliff in one of the most beautiful coves on the island, dining here gives you jaw-dropping views of the Sol d'en Serra bay. To complement the scenery, they serve fine, contemporary Mediterranean cuisine and delicious cocktails.
The approach from the road gives nothing away - a narrow track drops through pine woods before the cove opens up beneath you, and the restaurant sits on the terrace above it. Below, sunbeds run down to a quiet pebble beach that stays calm even in August, when the rest of the island's coastline doesn't.
The kitchen leans on Mediterranean produce and local seafood, with a wood oven and grill doing most of the work. Lunch runs long and unhurried; by early evening the light comes in low across the bay and the terrace fills for sunset. Cocktails are taken seriously, and the wine list favours Spanish bottles.
It works as a full day or a single meal. Book the terrace for dinner and arrive early enough to see the bay before the light goes, or take a sunbed in the morning and let the day drift up to the restaurant.
