Su Gologone Experience Hotel has four restaurant experiences in its regular dining rotation, a dinner setting for private groups, and three bar venues, including a poolside restaurant and bar. Sardinian cooking is at the heart of it all, with handmade pasta, pane carasau, local cheeses, roasted meats, seasonal vegetables, olive oil and regional wines served in spaces filled with art and island craftsmanship. The three experiential dinners alternate according to the weekly schedule. A La Carte Typical Restaurant – The hotel’s traditional restaurant, serving Sardinian cuisine in colourful dining rooms and on a scenic terrace, with dishes including slowly roasted meats and regional favourites. Dinner in the Vegetable Garden – A vegetarian dining experience set among the hotel’s vegetable garden terraces, focusing on seasonal produce, aromatic herbs and traditional Sardinian flavours. The Nest of Bread – An experiential restaurant centred around Sardinia’s bread-making traditions, with dishes prepared in the warmth of an old wood-fired oven. Sos Nidos – An outdoor restaurant beneath ancient olive trees, creating a rustic Sardinian dining setting surrounded by the sounds and atmosphere of the countryside. The King’s Court – A private dining experience available on request for large groups, combining traditional Sardinian food, local wine and cultural elements in a courtyard setting with historic stone and brick details. Magico Tablao – A colourful bar serving cocktails and finger food, open to hotel guests and outside visitors during the season, with opening times varying by period. Bar Francesco Ciusa – An art-filled drinking spot with an indoor lounge and veranda, named for the Sardinian sculptor whose work shapes the atmosphere of the space. Ristorante & Bar Gazebo Disigios – A relaxed poolside restaurant and bar for hotel guests, serving snacks, salads, fish dishes and lighter Sardinian and Mediterranean flavours in an outdoor setting.

Su Gologone Experience Hotel has a small spa in its peaceful Sardinian countryside setting, designed for slow, restorative moments between days spent exploring Oliena and the surrounding Barbagia region.
