Yeppoon Lagoon is a large, free beachfront swimming area located along Yeppoon’s foreshore. The main feature is the infinity-edge pool with stunning views over Keppel Bay and the islands beyond. The lagoon includes a shallow wading area for kids, shaded lounging spots, and landscaped gardens. It’s a popular place to relax, swim, or cool down after walking the esplanade. Lifeguards are on duty, and cafés and picnic areas are nearby. The combination of views, water, and open space makes it a favourite spot for locals and visitors alike.

Yeppoon Lagoon is located on the Yeppoon Esplanade, about a 30-minute drive northeast of Rockhampton. Parking is available along the beachfront and nearby streets, and the lagoon is easy to walk to from most of Yeppoon’s main shops and cafés.
