Oglebay Resort and Conference Center is a stunning 2,000-acre public park in Wheeling, and is in fact the only self-supporting public municipal park in operation in the United States. Amenities include a 270-room lodge, spa, championship golf courses and a zoo. The Good Zoo houses over 50 species, 20 of which are rare or endangered.
