Mariano's Hacienda
About Mariano's Hacienda
Mariano’s Hacienda Ranch has been part of Dallas’ Tex-Mex story since 1971, when founder Mariano Martinez opened his first restaurant and later created the world’s first frozen margarita machine. That original machine eventually became part of the Smithsonian’s collection. Today, the restaurant keeps its Texas ranch character with mesquite log-fired cooking, a lively dining room and the margaritas that helped make the Mariano’s name locally famous.
When to visit
Spring brings milder afternoons before Dallas’ summer heat sets in, making March through May a good time to combine a meal here with other city stops.
