Columbia Breweries
About Columbia Breweries
There are a number of breweries dotted throughout South Carolina's capital, each with their own unique vibe. From River Rat’s 803 IPA to Steel Hands’ Iced Tea Ale, brews are inspired by local flavors and hometown pride. You can find open biergartens perfect for a beer yoga at Swamp Cabbage, games to entertain your kid-crew at Columbia Craft and live music that keeps the fun going all night at Savage Craft—just to name a few. In addition to the breweries themselves, craft beer related activities have popped up as well. The Columbia Brew Bus shuttles groups to each brewery and gives an oral history of the city’s storied beer history.
