Jack Stack Barbecue

About Jack Stack Barbecue

Started in 1957 by Russ Fiorella, Jack Stack began as a traditional storefront barbecue with a modest selection of five to six items. This grew and by 1970, Fiorella's Jack Stack had one of the most extensive barbecue menus in the country. Meats are cooked over hickory wood and sides such as Cheesy Corn and Baked Beans are considered some of the best in Missouri.
