Beverly Wilshire has three restaurants and two lounges, covering fine dining, contemporary Californian cuisine, relaxed poolside meals and handcrafted cocktails, plus in-room dining for guests who prefer to eat privately. CUT by Wolfgang Puck - The hotel’s signature steakhouse serves premium cuts of beef, including Japanese Wagyu, alongside seafood, shellfish and seasonal sides. An open kitchen adds energy to the sleek dining room. THE Blvd - Contemporary American and Californian dishes are served from breakfast through dinner, with weekend brunch and afternoon tea also available. The outdoor patio overlooks Rodeo Drive, making it a popular setting for relaxed meals and people-watching. The Pool Bar & Cafe - Salads, sandwiches, tacos and other light dishes are paired with cocktails and refreshing drinks beside the Mediterranean-style pool. Shaded patio tables and private cabanas keep the setting casual throughout the day. THE Blvd Lounge - Handcrafted cocktails, wine and light bites are served around an illuminated onyx bar overlooking Rodeo Drive. The comfortable seating and lively atmosphere suit afternoon drinks, evening cocktails and casual meetings. CUT Lounge - This intimate lounge adjoining CUT serves creative cocktails, fine wines and small plates from the Rough CUTs menu. It works well for drinks before dinner or a quieter evening without booking the main restaurant. In-Room Dining - Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks can be delivered directly to guest rooms and suites, with overnight choices available for late arrivals.
