To visit Minceta Fortress in Dubrovnik, start from the Pile Gate, a major entrance to the Old Town. From there, follow the main street, Stradun, towards the eastern end of the Old Town. Then, climb the stairs leading up to the city walls. The fortress is part of these walls and can't be missed.
