By late April and May, rainfall is lower, skies are generally clearer and evenings feel especially comfortable for tacos, margaritas and outdoor dining. Visitor activity also begins building steadily as Bali approaches its busier mid-year travel period.
June through August brings Uluwatu’s driest and most dependable weather, with lower rainfall, bright skies and slightly cooler tropical temperatures. These months are ideal for combining beach days and surf sessions with sunset drinks and dinner at Lola’s. The wider Pecatu area is also at its liveliest, as Bali enters a major mid-year tourism peak. Expect busier roads, fuller restaurants and an energetic nightlife atmosphere, particularly in July and August when visitor demand is strongest.
