Situated at the southern tip of the Cape Peninsula south of Cape Town, Cape Point is a mountainous stretch of coastline commanding some of the most breathtaking ocean views and coastal scenery in the world. Visitors can climb to a historic lighthouse dating back to the 1800s, that overlooks the cold waters of the Atlantic Ocean to the west and the warmer Indian Ocean waters to the east.
