Praia de Estoril feels easier and more relaxed than some of Boa Vista’s longer, windier beaches. Close to Sal Rei, it is known for calmer water, a broad sandy stretch, and a setting that works well whether you want a slower beach day or something closer to town. The beach also feels more accessible than some of the island’s more remote coastal spots, which adds to its appeal.
When to visit
November to June is the strongest window for dry, sunny beach weather, while August to October is hotter, more humid, and slightly rainier.
